About Good Looks Bible

We believe beauty isn’t something you apply — it’s something you remember.

Beauty Isn’t Applied — It’s Remembered

Good Looks Bible is a natural beauty blog for women seeking holistic healing, self-love, and aligned living. Rooted in clean beauty, style, and sacred nourishment, this platform explores the art of living well — from the clothes you wear to the thoughts you think, the foods you eat to the rituals you keep. Rooted in the healing power of style, nature, nourishment, and self-reclamation, we’re here to help you feel good, look radiant, and live beautifully aligned.

The Birth of a Philosophy

Founded by couture fashion designer turned wellness visionary Jehan Mir, Good Looks Bible was born from the ashes of trauma — and has since evolved into a natural beauty blog that honours healing, simplicity, and self-reclamation.  After a life-altering accident, a health scare, and the collapse of an identity once rooted in external image, something new emerged: a philosophy. One that believes true beauty is an inner frequency. Your style, your skincare, your movement, your mindset — all of it — can reflect that frequency. And because of this, everything can become a mirror that helps you come home to yourself.

For the Woman Who’s Ready for More

This isn’t about trends.
It’s about truth.

We speak to the woman who’s tried it all — the routines, the regimes, the resets — and is now ready for something deeper. Something cleaner. Something real.

Influences That Shaped the Movement

This platform wasn’t born from trend — it was shaped by truth. The kind of truth that only comes when your health, body, or life demands a deeper reckoning.

My earliest understanding of fashion psychology began years ago with the groundbreaking book Psycho-Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz — a cosmetic surgeon turned philosopher who revealed how appearance and identity shape our internal narrative. It opened my eyes to the subconscious power of what we wear, long before the term “enclothed cognition” existed in mainstream conversation.

When I experienced a sudden health scare, I turned to clean beauty as both protection and prayer. One of the first voices that truly guided me was Wellness Mama — a blog that taught me how to make my own sunscreen, body butters, and non-toxic rituals during a time when those resources were rare in the UK. It helped me begin to heal from the outside in.

Then, in the stillness of lockdown, a deeper invitation arrived: to return to self-love — not as a concept, but as a spiritual practice. It was Louise Hay’s work that pierced my heart. Her teachings on mirror work, emotional metaphysics, and radical self-acceptance changed how I spoke to my body — and how I saw my worth.

My dietary journey evolved in parallel. First with Paleo, then into a ketogenic lifestyle that finally felt aligned. I discovered the science behind it through Dr. Eric Berg, whose practical guidance around hormones, fasting, and insulin resistance became a cornerstone of how I nourished my body back to balance.

Each of these voices — from fashion psychology to clean beauty, ancestral nutrition to emotional healing — left fingerprints on the soul of Good Looks Bible. They’re woven into everything we share.

Why It Matters

Every recommendation comes from Jehan’s lived experience — tested, studied, and soul-approved.

A Note from the Heart

Each word is written with one intention:

To help you remember your beauty, trust your body, and return to your truth.

There is no ideal woman here.

Only you — coming home to yourself.

A New Kind of Movement

We’re not just a blog. We’re a movement:

A return to your naked truth.
A call to sacred living.
A quiet rebellion against chemicals, confusion, and compromise.
A redefinition of beauty — one that begins within.

Welcome to Good Looks Bible

A new standard of beauty — one that begins within.

Created by Jehan Mir, this is a living archive of rituals, reflections, and reverence — for the woman you are becoming.
